Welcome to The Canna Bar. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and visits to our licensed cannabis dispensary located at 58 Main Street, Matawan, New Jersey 07747.

Marketing Communications Consent

By signing up for our services or membership program, you acknowledge and agree to the following marketing communications terms:

Consent to Marketing Communications: By signing up, I consent to enroll in the member list, understanding that I will receive marketing communications, including, but not limited to, advertisements, through text messages, calls either through an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voice call, emails, or other outreach channels.

By providing your consent, you understand that you are allowing The Canna Bar, and its technology provider AIQ, Inc. to retain your personal contact details and engagement history for use in personalized marketing communications.

Opt-Out Rights: You understand that you may opt-out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. For email communications, you can unsubscribe using the link provided in each email.

Important Notice: Standard messaging and calling rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. You affirm that you are of legal age to receive communications related to the services and products being advertised.

No Purchase Requirement: Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. You may make purchases without providing marketing consent.

We respect your privacy and communication preferences. You can update your communication preferences at any time by contacting us directly or visiting our dispensary.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of The Canna Bar's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or enter our premises.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Canna Bar, LLC. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Legal Notice: Cannabis products are for adult use only and are regulated by New Jersey state law. Federal law still classifies cannabis as a controlled substance.

Age Verification & Legal Requirements

To purchase cannabis products from The Canna Bar, you must meet the following requirements:

Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older for recreational purchases
Medical Patients: Must be 18+ with a valid New Jersey Medical Marijuana Program (NJMMP) card
Valid Identification: Government-issued photo ID is required for all purchases
Residency: No residency requirement for recreational purchases in New Jersey
Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Fraudulent identification or attempts to purchase underage will result in immediate ban and potential legal action.

By entering our premises or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all legal requirements for cannabis purchase and consumption in New Jersey.

Products & Services

The Canna Bar offers a variety of cannabis products and services in compliance with New Jersey regulations:

Cannabis Flower: Various strains and potencies of dried cannabis
Concentrates: Oils, waxes, and other concentrated cannabis products
Edibles: Cannabis-infused food and beverage products
Pre-rolls: Ready-to-use cannabis cigarettes
Accessories: Legal cannabis consumption accessories

Product Information: All products are tested by state-approved laboratories. Effects may vary by individual. Start with low doses and wait for effects before consuming more.

Product availability is subject to change and inventory. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service. All products must be consumed in accordance with New Jersey law - no public consumption is permitted.

Purchase Limits & Restrictions

New Jersey law mandates specific purchase limits for cannabis products. The following limits apply per transaction:

Recreational Customers (21+):
- Cannabis flower: Up to 1 ounce (28 grams)
- Concentrates: Up to 5 grams
- Edibles: Up to 1,000mg of THC
Medical Patients: Higher limits based on physician recommendation and allotment

Important: These are daily limits. Multiple visits per day do not reset these limits. Our system tracks all purchases to ensure compliance.

Payment methods accepted include cash and debit cards. Credit cards are not accepted due to federal banking regulations. Sales tax applies to all recreational purchases as required by New Jersey law.

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted due to the nature of cannabis products and state regulations.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When visiting The Canna Bar or using our services, you agree to the following conduct requirements:

Respectful Behavior: Treat staff and other customers with respect and courtesy
No Consumption: Cannabis consumption is prohibited on our premises and in the parking area
No Resale: Purchased products are for personal use only and may not be resold
No Minors: Persons under 21 (or under 18 for medical patients) are not permitted in the facility
No Weapons: Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises
No Photography: Photography or filming inside the facility is prohibited without express permission
Valid ID Required: You must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request

Violation Consequences: Violation of any conduct rules may result in immediate removal from the premises, permanent ban, and potential legal action.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with these terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, marketing materials, and branding is the intellectual property of The Canna Bar, LLC:

Trademarks: "The Canna Bar" name, logo, and related marks are our registered trademarks
Website Content: All text, images, graphics, and multimedia content is protected by copyright
Marketing Materials: Brochures, advertisements, and promotional content are proprietary
Product Information: Descriptions, images, and specifications are our intellectual property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted with proper attribution.

User-Generated Content: Any reviews, comments, or content you submit may be used by The Canna Bar for marketing purposes unless you specify otherwise.

The following disclaimers and limitations apply to your use of The Canna Bar's products and services:

Product Effects: Cannabis affects individuals differently. We make no guarantees about specific effects or experiences

Third-Party Products: We sell products from various manufacturers and are not responsible for their quality beyond state testing requirements

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Canna Bar regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
