Here at Cannabar, we believe in the power of community and the importance of preserving the natural beauty that surrounds us here in New Jersey. We're more than just a place to find your favorite cannabis products; we're a hub for connection, positive action, and giving back. That's why we were absolutely thrilled to see the incredible turnout for our Save Close to Wildlife event last week!

From August 25th to August 29th, we partnered with the amazing team at Magic Garden Botanicals for a special cause. But the highlight of the week was on Thursday, August 28th, when the Cannabar family, our loyal customers, and passionate local residents all gathered at Sandy Hook Beach for an evening of environmental action.

And what a success it was!

A Team Effort for a Cleaner Coastline

The Jersey Shore is one of our state's greatest treasures, and protecting its delicate ecosystem is a responsibility we take seriously. For our "Save Close to Wildlife" initiative, we joined forces with two fantastic partners:

  • Magic Garden Botanicals: A brand known for its high-quality, nature-inspired products.
  • Save Coastal Wildlife: A non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the diverse marine life and coastal habitats of New Jersey.

The goal was simple: bring people together to clean up a beloved local spot and support the ongoing conservation efforts of Save Coastal Wildlife.

On the evening of August 28th, between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM, a wave of green-minded volunteers descended on Sandy Hook Beach. Armed with gloves and bags, our community combed the shoreline, removing debris and waste that threatens local birds, fish, and other marine animals. The energy was incredible—full of laughter, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose. It was truly a sight to behold!

Your Purchases Made a Direct Impact

The community spirit didn't just stop at the beach. Throughout the entire week (August 25-29), we ran a special promotion to maximize our impact.

Anyone who purchased a product from Magic Garden Botanicals received a 20% discount during our special week-long promotion.

Thanks to your enthusiastic participation in both the cleanup event and the promotional week, we were able to show strong community support for environmental conservation. Every person who joined us at the beach or participated in our promotion was part of creating real, tangible change in our own backyard. It was a true team effort between Cannabar, Magic Garden Botanicals, and you, our incredible customers.

Thank You for Making a Difference!

We want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who participated. Whether you joined us on the sand at Sandy Hook, purchased a Magic Garden Botanicals product, or simply spread the word, you were a crucial part of this event's success.

This cleanup was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we work together. At Cannabar, we are committed to continuing our community outreach and finding new ways to support the people and places that make New Jersey so special.
