Yes. CannaBar is a fully licensed New Jersey recreational dispensary serving adults 21+. We follow strict state guidelines to ensure every product is lab-tested and NJ-CRC compliant. Both NJ residents and out-of-state visitors (21+) are welcome!
How much cannabis can I buy?
Per NJ state law, recreational customers can purchase up to the following in a single transaction:
• 1 ounce (28.35g) of cannabis flower
• 5 grams of concentrates (oils, wax, resin)
• 1,000mg of THC in edibles/ingestibles
What is the possession limit?
Adults 21+ may legally possess up to 6 ounces of cannabis and cannabis products in total at any time. This applies to both what you carry on your person and what you store at home.
Where can I consume?
Cannabis can only be legally consumed on private property (such as your home). Public consumption in parks, streets, businesses, or vehicles is strictly prohibited.
What do I need to bring?
You must be 21+ with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID). FDA-compliant digital IDs are also accepted. We accept cash and debit bank transfers (ATM on-site).
Can I drive with cannabis?
Driving under the influence is illegal (presumed DUI). Additionally, you cannot transport cannabis across state lines. When driving, products should remain sealed in their original packaging and stored in the trunk or glovebox.
